We are here to provide the best dental care to make your smile healthy and beautiful.

Dr. Frederick M. Saigh III was born and raised in Iron River.  After high school he decided to study the field of dentistry at Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI.  In dental school he studied hard, determined to become a successful dentist.  His motivation and perseverance paid off when he graduated from the Marquette School of Dentistry in 1974 at the top of his class.  He now has a wife, Kelly, and four children, Myles, Linzie, Samantha, and Fredrick M. Saigh IV.  He also has three grandchildren, Clarity, Adena, and Myles Elias.  Dr. Saigh continues to better his education, keeping updated on the latest technologies and procedures for his patients.

Kerry Rivard is a registered dental hygienist with an associates degree in applied science.  Kerry was born and raised in Iron River, MI where she graduated from West Iron County High School in 2000.  She then graduated from Ferris State University in 2003.  Kerry has completed the certification in Administration of Local Anesthetics from Grand Rapids Community College and Advanced Laser Techniques from The World Clinical Laser Institute.  She has received recognition in her field for excellence in Advanced Instrumentation.  Her dedication in the dental field is evident through her precise work and her certification in the administration of local anesthetic and laser treatment.

Adrienne is a certified Dentist Assistant and attended Northeast Wisconsin Tech College in Green Bay with one year training in Dental Hygiene.  She was born and raised in Crystal Falls, MI.  Adrienne enjoys listening to music, walking and spending time with family and friends.

Dana is the Insurance Coordinator.  Dana has been working for the Advanced Care Smile Center for 2 years and is always happy to answer any of your insurance questions or concerns.  Insurance can be confusing and we do our best to work with your insurance company and you as a patient to get the most from your insurance provider.

Debra is the new patient coordinator and financial secretary. Debra has been working for The Advanced Care Smile Center for 4 years.  She will be glad to answer any of your billing questions and make sure that you understand your treatment plan.  She will be with you to guide you through our policies and treatment plans right from the beginning to the end.  She is also available to answer any questions that you might have whether it be billing related or have to do with your treatment plans.

Marie is a Certified Dental Assistant.  She has been a dental assistant for 14 years.  She has been certified by Dental Assistants National Board (DANB) for the last 5 years.  She enjoys walking, biking, kayaking, and cross-country skiing in her free time.

Teresa is a Certified Dental Assistant. Teresa has been employed by the Advanced Care Smile Center for 3 years and just has recently become certified.  She is married with two children that keep her very busy.  She enjoys being outside and staying involved with 4-H and Girl Scouts in the area.
